1. Dice a hot pepper (any one will do, I'm sure).
2. Fry one or two eggs.
3. While eggs are frying, add diced pepper.
It's a great way to zazz up regular old fried eggs.
(It should go without saying that the eggs are to be fried sunny-side up, not over.)

It's easily possible that I'm using the terminology incorrectly. I only learned the phrase "fried egg" two months ago from a cookbook. My mom never used it.
