I agree with that 100%. Indiana gets surprisingly hot and humid during the summer months, and is particularly insufferable when I compare it to the beautiful Toronto weather I just came back from (minus the smog of course, but as long as you avoid certain parts of the city that can be ignored).

Left shoe, around your neck (letting it drape down to your waist) once, then down to your right shoe. If you need to run, you can stick the ends in your pockets.

go out to vernal, it's pretty much below zero from the end of november until the beginning of march.
