Given the choice, I'd rather live somewhere cold than hot, especially for sleeping.

I love going for walks when nicely wrapped up warm...

I agree with that 100%. Indiana gets surprisingly hot and humid during the summer months, and is particularly insufferable when I compare it to the beautiful Toronto weather I just came back from (minus the smog of course, but as long as you avoid certain parts of the city that can be ignored).

Not to mention of course that in the cold, I get to wear my scarf :P

My scarf's cooler. It's Ravenclaw ;) But funny enough, it doubles as my Uni's school colors :P

Whilst Harry Potter scarves are cool, they pale in insignificance next to a 15ft long Doctor Who scarf.

Sorry :P

My problem is that I'd trip and fall on it. That's really my only reasoning.

Left shoe, around your neck (letting it drape down to your waist) once, then down to your right shoe. If you need to run, you can stick the ends in your pockets.

As does Utah. Summers can get over the 100s (like this one), winters can get below 0 (although admittedly it doesn't happen too often. Winter is usually below freezing though). Pretty intense.

go out to vernal, it's pretty much below zero from the end of november until the beginning of march.
