I'm on a year out myself.

This is year 5 and counting...

I'm hoping to make it out in four years, so three to go. But it all depends on whether or not I study abroad.
Can you imagine if I was deranged?

I'd rather spend an extra year at school than not doing study abroad.

Yeah me too. And if I study abroad I can double major. So I guess it's win-win.

I think I'm a much more learned and mature person now than I would have been had I gone to University. I think I've learned and experienced much more as a result.

But that's just me.

More of the human experience yes. But have you scholastically? I know I wouldn't be as book smart if I hadn't gone to college.. but when it comes to life, nothing teaches better than life itself (away from school, for me)

And yet you still wind up here talking to all of us uni types. Weird. :P

Don't get me wrong, I think being educated at this point instead of socially adept would have been good, but I think I made the right choice. Plus I even think if I went to uni now I'd learn a lot more than if I'd gone a few years ago. Certainly in the social situations, plus stuff like my spelling and grammar have gotten better since I left education. Weird as it seems...

Yeah...typing a lot can better grammar, spelling, etc. I'm pretty bad on IMs, though.

I also send grammatically correct text messages all the time. Can't stand AOL speak in any guise.

I don't do AOL speak. I'm mainly just talking about typos and such, because I end up typing rather fast.

Yeah, I'm in a class where we practice cutting guns in half with our minds and being very, very mysterious. It's pretty fun. :P

Lek really could do that, only I prevent him from doing so with my superior mental powers.
