When did the split between pre-ATT and post-ATT moderation happen? Was that when the moderators were appointed (April '00?), or when they started locking topics and making fun of people?

We'll go by their appointment alone. If you start going by moderator activity, you get into a whole different series of Eras.

Changeling was the company Nathan Lamont first gave the game to, but they practically stole his money. So Nathan took his game and went to Ambrosia with it. Unfortunately by that time Mac OS 9 was being fazed out in favor of OS X and his game was rendered obsolete before a good gaming community got started. At least, that's how I understand it from my digging around on these boards.

I know he was after it for a while. I thought he actually did become a moderator, for about three months (before doing something bad, screwing up, and leaving). Perhaps it was during one of your vacations, around '02?
At one point in time Slug was a mod as well until he resigned, I don't remember when. Maybe CottonMouse replaced Slug.
I don't remember which forum OF modded, I thought it was one of the EV ones.

I played Ares for a long time, and with the advent of Hera (and the struggles with the all enemies destroyed trigger) I decided to come here (the Ares boards) for help, and eventually landed in Trash Talk in early 2003.

Apparently I misjudged time. April 2000 was when Sargatanus swiched from Admiral Sargatanus, but he didn't become a moderator until after June.
Sometime between June and August Sarg took over Vegeta's spot.

I originally joined the various EV boards around 01, I didn't lurk much, and don't remember a great deal to be honest, I started posting on the B & B a few years later. Not sure when I joined here, was most certainly during UBB, other than that I can't narrow it down.
