Anyone who frequents the B&B might know that I'm posting a lot more right now, sat on my ass in bed recovering form some surgery, so my posting habits have increased.

I figured it's been far too long since I spammed the s### out of this forum, so I'll be back here for a little while.

If anyone doesn't remember me, which judging by the majority of the active posters, you really won't, hello! You may call me sir.

So, feel free to use this topic to post humorous images, like this one:

Enjoy!

Yay! images! can this be another PAF? Please?

... oh yeah and there's a guy. Hi, guy!

Haven't you been here for a while? maybe it's just the fact that I've posted in BnB and ATT for the past year, and I don't really distinguish between the two.

I have been here for a while, but not posted for a while (serves you right for using a vague unit for measuring time!).

mrxak: I had surgery to have one of my toe nails removed. Looks properly horrible now...

Welcome back, good sir.

I've had a toenail burned off before. I had no problem walking shortly after though. I guess I got lucky.

Now here's the closest thing I could find to a humorous image on the first page of one of my photobucket accounts:

I had it cut back, and the nail bed burnt (with acid I believe) so that it won't grow back. The whole thing hurts when I put weight on it, hence the being in bed

Hopefully will only be for a little while. Hopefully.

Ah, gotcha. I didn't get the acid treatment, and it grew back within a few months.

Get well soon!

Of my 10 toes, 7 have become ingrowing at some time over the past 4-5 years. This is the 3rd op I've had. I had some others cut back, but wanted these one done forever so I would never have to go through it again. Looking forward to buying some nice shoes again!

I managed to remove my own ingrown toenails, which was incredibly painful, and allow the nails to grow past the point where they were ingrowing. This meant that once the toe healed, although it took a few months for the wounds to close up completely, the toenail could not ingrown at all. That is good, but it really did hurt to pull the toenail away from the toe and cut it. Also bloody.

I'd class you as oldish noob, perhaps veteran noob. noob mostly definitely belongs to other members right now. I don't even think I need to name names...

I'm pretty sure I'm not a noob. I'm not an oldbie (thank goodness), but I've been around quite a long time. What's funny is when people I thought were here a long time say that I was around someplace much longer than they were (interesting conversations on #ev3 have taken place as people long-gone return and see who's still around).

I have better things to hate. Like ingrown toes.
