Well you can go to DIT for 10, 000 euro a year. (it costs me 800 euro but its 10k for foriegners).
Its an pretty good college in an Okay city... and (I presume) about as unlike Reno as you will get in an english speaking country.

Come to Philadelphia. We have 80 colleges within the area (or something like that), so you have a lot of options.

That said, I'm probably going to Manhattan College next year. MC is actually my second choice, but I don't think my first will work out because of financial reasons (MC is also offering me quite a bit of money).

i'd recomend beijing for anybody who can deal with only having two choices of toothpaste. not so many chances for outdoor activities, but it's cheap and for the most part, pretty fun.
