I've only seen Spaceballs, so my vote is biased.

Why isn't the original The Producers on there?

All of those are amusing films, but for me this easily came down to either Young Frankenstein or Blazing Saddles. Frankenstein won by a hair.

Where is History Of The World Part I?

I shall vote for Spaceballs The Movie.

DARK HELMET

What the hell am I looking at? When does this happen in the movie?

COL SANDURZ

Now. You're looking at now, sir. Everything that happens now, is happening now.

DARK HELMET

What happened to then?

COL SANDURZ

We passed then?

DARK HELMET

When?

COL SANDURZ

Just now. We're at now, now.

DARK HELMET

Go back to then.

COL SANDURZ

When?

DARK HELMET

Now.

COL SANDURZ

Now?

DARK HELMET

Now.

COL SANDURZ

I can't.

DARK HELMET

Why?

COL SANDURZ

We missed it.

DARK HELMET

When?

COL SANDURZ

Just now.

DARK HELMET

When will then be now?

It's between Producers '05 and Spaceballs. I havn't seen all of Blazing Saddles, somehow, and none of Men in Tights.

I chose Blazing Saddles, though I was very tempted to choose Robin Hood or Spaceballs.

You can't tell me Producers wasn't sideplittingly funny. My friends and I seeing that in the theatre for the first time about died. Ive probably seen it 25 times by now. Not to mention the soundtrack.

I refuse to watch the remake because I can't see how the original, with the exception of the effects used with the explosion of the theatre, could be topped. Zero Mostel is simply too damn good as Bialystock and Dick Shawn is too good as L.S.D. for their performances to be topped. I can almost see Broderick equalling Gene Wilder if for no other reason than Johnny Depp completely owned the character of Willy Wonka over Wilder in that remake, but I think that would be extremely hard to do again with a different remake as the original of that film was crap to begin with.
