I was once a high school Government teacher. Or, rather, maybe I wasn't. Well, in fact I almost definitely wasn't. Yup, never a high school Government teacher. So, in conclusion, I have never been a high school Government teacher. Of course, since I took high school Government via a correspondance course, I suppose you could say that I did teach myself high school Government and would have been, thus, a teacher of high school Government. Therefore, I can honestly say that, while I have never been a high school Government teacher, I have taught high school Government.
