The quantum (or Heisenberg?) uncertainty principle is actually quite straightforward. As you use higher and higher frequencies of waves to scan smaller and smaller masses, you throw more and more energy in those waves, knocking those masses harder and harder... so by knowing their positions you push things out of these positions.

I heard of a guy who tried to battle a speeding charge using this principle. His theory was that the radio waves from the radar gun accelerated his car, causing further waves to have offset readings.

That was a poor attempt at technobabble.

Technobabble...I knew someone with the sn technobabble something or other...I can't remember who or where though. Technobabble is generally rapping something simple in overly complicated words. Or just stating something complicated as it is instead of simplifying it.

Ouch. Essentially, it's used to make stuff seem reasonable. Dilithium crystals, maybe?

Technobabble is, basically, a somewhat blurred attempt at conveying a message or explaining a certain phenomenon as it relates to a key event in such a way that the reader or listener of the message begins to submit to the speaker's apparent grasp of a concept or topic that they find too complicated or overwhelming to understand themselves.

I hope your post was also purposefully ironic, TheLoser... :P

Ah, but a big enough blende3r will blend a small enough toaster into an edible paste.

A Laguna sighting just means more sanity and the blunt force to support it. The former doesn't worry me.
