Not quite. It just lets you remove anything (if you have the password), provided you have some clue as to where things are.

It's so ironic that we got rid of Nixon; he was actually a pretty good president. If you don't count the lies and everything. Besides, every politician lies. It's their ######ing job.

He inherited a crap economy and established policies that would turn it around pretty well, made friends with China, ended the Vietnam quagmire, introduced us to G. Gordon Liddy and Ben Stein, and released reelection posters that proclaim proudly "You Can't Lick Our Dick!" in 1972 (I have one hanging in my room along with a bunch of other Nixon memoribilia).
