Who? Laguna? He came from the murky depths of the Pacific Ocean millions of years ago to find a good hamburger. He initially failed, of course, as neither cows nor meat grinders existed back then, but eventually succeded. Shortly thereafter, he managed to get involved with a little software company called Ambrosia in regards to a game called Ares. He was made a mod over all the boards related to the game and went back to sleep at the bottom of the ocean. He comes out sporatically (there's a laptop with a dedicated T1 line on the beaches of Kamchatka) to make sure that his lovable associate from the Southern Hemisphere has been doing his job in a generally OK manner and corrects any problems that may exist. He is Laguna, and he is good.

I vote for Laguna banning everyone and locking down the forum again.
