It isn't too bad being one of us.

But, yes, it is too late. Much too late.

We should write an ATT history. When "us" became what it is. For giggles we can add when certain people got sucked in.

You will no longer be the resident phoenix.

Except you got polymorphed and will no longer be a phoenix in any form.

Polymorph should be fairly common among fantasy games. There's the Rod of Polymorph, in Realmz. There are polymorph traps and spells in Nethack. And there are polymorph things in games I haven't heard of.

Rebirth is an attribute of Phoenixs in WCIII and Hereos 3 complete. It is one of my favorite special abilities to wield.

Except as soon as you turn into an egg, we'll surround you with an army of tauren and then not even your puny Bloodmage master will be able to save you.

Except Tauren are so stupid they'll kill each other... So, we might not actually be able to kill him, yet....

Even then, it only takes four pulverizes to pulverize his egg, and the probability of that happening in the twenty seconds to revival with such a large horde of tauren is pretty high.

But what if the egg is holding a plus-twenty to defense Skin Of Steel Jewel?!? Besides, there's always the fact that Tauren are famous for stopping mid-attack to masturbate and verntilate themselves.

Still, the egg is probably dead.

Except when I use my dispel stupidity spell.

Or, if the opponent is on Windows, send him a program telling his computer to devote all of its system resources to mass-emailing the same program. So, not only do you win, but you get to see a newspaper headline about another thirty thousand computers infected by the latest virus attack.
