The battle raged around the walls with no sign of either side weakening. The Death Legion was clashing in a titanic battle with the Chimaera's guards. The Ithraca had streamed to fight alongside the Chimaera's warriors. All kinds of races from both sides were fighting each other all over the battlefield. The numbers on both sides were staggering. Still, neither side had a clear advantage.


On the druid's world, the battle was raging desperately. The figure-one of the Death Legion-stood, waiting patiently. He was expecting to be called to the battle at any moment, but he hoped to finish off the druids first.

The battle had finally ended, two orders had lost almost all of their druids, the others were down to half. There were about 470 out of the orignal 1000.

Kelar gave up and ran towards the druids, he gathered all the flags and made one flag. "Will you unite under one banner?" "yes" Kelar then took the flag and ran through the void, it stayed on one world long enoguh for all 470 druids to get through.

The druids stopped and looked at the battlefield, two forces were joined in battle. Kelar stood looking at each side, then a figure appeared infornt of them...

Selax: sorry if i cut the battle short, but I wanted the druids to join the battle. It would be nice if the figure was a Chimera guy...person...thing

Detharon looked at the druids and asked,"Who are you?"
Before the druids could respond, the portal opened for one brief second and another figure emerged. Detharon pulled his sword out, as the member of the Death Legion braced itself on its tentacles and leapt, smashing into him. He managed to throw the figure off and into the battle. He turned back to the druids, who quickly told him their story.
After thinking for a moment, he said,"Very well, you may join in the battle but be careful!"
The druids nodded and charged into the battle.


The arrival of the druids unbalanced the armies and the Chimaera's forces began to push back the evil army, which turned and retreated back towards its own walls. The forces of the Chimaera gave a cheer and were about to pursue the enemy when Detharon stopped them.
"No, we can't assault their walls, yet. It is enough to have stood for today and wait for tomorrow."


The Chimaera was relieved that their forces had managed to hold off the enemy. But the war was far from over. There was the matter of finding a new home for the Ithraca and finding more allies.


The Death King sat on his dark throne. His fury was so great that a blackness had consumed almost every reality near him. He had waited too long and was not about to make that mistake again. Still, it was not over. Sooner or later, he was sure that he would triumph. So, he sent his armies out to destroy and to corrupt. He would increase the size fo his army and then strike.


So, the war went on, gradually shifting into realities rather than the void.



With that, the STS is over. I don't know if there would be a point to trying a second, as this one didn't go so well. Maybe if a lot of people ask for one, I'll try the second part of this STS series.
