Cipher & Registering Cythera

what use do the cipher documents have?
and, is it really great having the game registered, because i live in europe, and we dont have dollars, so i can't pay!!
Please give me some answers!

p.s does the special device work in version 1.0.2?

i too live in europe, and I simply pay the stuff with online banking, then its really easy

I don't remember, but I'm guessing the cipher documents help fill in the storyline, which is an important aspect of them game, but they don't do anything special outside of that.

Registering the game allows you to learn magic, get the second piece of the puzzel (which allows a whole lot more), and supports the game's creator which provides further inspiration to fix the bugs in this game or make some sort of sequel. I'm glad I did.

If by the special device you mean the remote control, I think the only thing that works on it is eject, but I do recall even that not responding when I played in OSX in classic mode.

ok, thanks, i didn't mean the strange rod thing in LKH, i meant the one you find under pnyx, i think it is in a chest with a crystal baal, or something like that!

That strange device works. Look around for places that have patterns possible to make with the device; it doesn't do anything on its own.

no, no, the strange device thing that is meant to enable you to gain access to the mystic items, the fountain sounds cool tho!! even if it is broken!
