It's amazing, but we actually have enough chronicles to support a chronicle of the month contest. The candidates are:

The Century Cycle, Book 1 by Mr. Somebody
The Powerful Demon, Part 1 by Bellerophen
1 Bloodstone / He Who Giveth by Pallas Athene

As always the rules of the contest are right here. Make sure to read the chronicles and cast your vote! They're all short(ish), so there should be nothing to stop you.

I've Tried to register on several occations but the various filters my I.S.P. *ahem* provides keeps blocking my registration requests. Oh--and you should KNOW that I'm not a member's alter-alter ego because my I.P. adress is quite different than the others around here. Besidedes that, with our current # of members It would'nt hurt to have a few more people willing (and permited) to vote. Delete my coments if I'm wasting your time (Please).

I had a tough time deciding who to vote for this month. 1 Bloodstone / He Who Giveth is a very good chronicle, but ultimately The Century Cycle is much more in depth, so my vote goes to The Century Cycle. With this, voting is concluded. The Century Cycle, Book 1 is the winner. Congratulations, Mr. Somebody.

I believe that this is the first time that an author has changed a vote away from his or her chronicle. That is very generous, Pallas.

Don't you think you're overdoing it just a little? He does a Chronicle of the Month every month. This board still gets a little use.

You don't understand it. Although you probably think Slayer is good, you don't praise him and see him as important as much as I do.

vis1tor, what ISP are you with? I've never heard of an ISP that was so strict that it prevented a person from accessing free mail online mail services like Yahoo mail. In fact, I've never heard of an ISP that completely prevented you from accessing what it labels as "spam" if you really want to. I dig through my "Bulk mail" and "Deleted emails" folders fairly regularly just to make sure that something I wanted to get wasn't labelled spam.

Hoorah! All your base are belong to me! My chronicle has set us up the bomb! Ok, enough Zero Wing, but seriously, thank you for your votes people, especially Pallas, who was very kind in changing his vote from his own chronicle. And now that I'm noticing things, I have three honorable mentions and two wins. Hoorah for that too!

The wonderful All your Base flash animation is also down. You know, where you see all the stuff in the world saying or announcing "All your base", "All your base are belong to us", and "For great justice, take off every Ziggy!"
Check the link in sig to see.
