Is there a way to stop your companions say die scum and stuff like that besides making them wait or making the attack the last enemy?

I don't think so. You might want to check the 'data' reasource in the Cythera application, some of the dialog text box labels (For the character windows, etc) there, but it's most likely the talk balloon text is stored in the main datafile and is thus not avalible. (Encrypted.)

Thanks for that but I meant when they say it the wont move unless you make them wait or make them attack the last enemy.

I think I remember there being slight loopholes in some of the AI codes. My advice: write your own. Of course, once you figure out the quick key command for stop attacking, it isn't really needed (even during combat, if you give the stop attacking command and someone gets hurt, they will rejoin the battle. Only run away causes them to ignore continued attacks.).
