Whenever i fish, it sez 'U need deeper water'
Where is deeper water?

A legitimate question, but I'm afraid you're out of luck. In Cythera (due to a bug) there is no water that is "deep" enough to go fishing in, so fishing rods, nets and the fishing skill, are completly useless. I wish they would get around to fixing that one...

There are a lot of 'bugs' in Cythera that are really just unfinished features... fishing, some of the spells (fetch!), secret areas. The game had a very long development cycle and some things were simply never finished, and too big to address in an update.
