I assume you mean what jobs can you get in Cythera...
There is no "job" in Cythera, beyond you being an adventurer and saving the island. There are plenty of side quests in which you temporily work for someone but no job you can do and get paid on an hourly basis. Of course, that doesn't mean you can't trade, (ie, buying and selling flax). Missions are basically the only way to work for anyone.
