Anyone thought about writing a Star wars parody on the Cythera Board?

It is a time of Civil War in the Cythera web board!
The dark forces of the Chronicle Dominion, lead by
the evil emperor, Slayer, has seduced one of the
most powerful Chron writers, Kateri, to the dark side.
With her as his pawn, the emperor plans to create
a chron so huge and epic that all writers will be
forced to acknowledge the superiority of the evil
Dominion and bow to his absolute leadership.

Fighting against the evil, Moonshadow has
discovered the plans of the Dominion and now
races to the headquarters of the Creative Alliance,
the lone guardians of all that is good and just in
the web boards....

Deathstar - huge chron

Emperor Slayer
Vader Kateri
Tarkin Rogan

General Dodonna (Rebel leader) Avatara
Luke Mr. somebody
Obi-wan cache22
Leia MoonShadow
Han Bryce
Chewie Ferazel
R2-D2 Supernova
C-3PO IdiotSavant
Yoda Heidel

I flip-floped the genders a bit in some cases, mostly so at least one Mod could be a hero and so I could fit in Kat saying to cache22: "Now I am the Master!" shortly before she lightsabers him and finishes off the competition for good Posted Image

Please do not get offended at the casting. For instance, Ferazel is chewie only because he seems to be willing to go along with any idea if suggest at times. Similarly, Ody is threepio because of the exact opposite attitude - wisdom and caution Posted Image

Please offer any comments you have or alternitive sugjestions for casting.

Um, I think you misunderstood - Queen Amadala must be replaced with a male eqivelent in order to produce offspring with Vader/Katerei. Posted Image Some of the genders are flip-floped.

How am I in charge of the Chronicle dominion? I usually avoid them! Perhaps you should swap me and Slayer...

And that would make sense, Slayer ordered the largest chron (Hand of Fate) to be written.

If you're sticking to Episode IV, then you should probably switch Heidel's "Yoda" out for one of the Red pilots, such as Wedge Antilles. If not, then Ackbar is probably a better choice for Avatara. Or Mon Mothma, since she doesn't actually *do* anything for the rebels.

Oh, and I've got Biggs Darklighter. My non-chron-writing status is reflected in the fact that he dies in Ep4 Posted Image

On a more serious note, seems to be a fun idea. And might even breathe some life back in the boards.I'll try to think of some more characters. I assume we're not going to be following the original storyline too closely..

yomcat would make a good Lando Calrissian, always wanting others to not spoil his surprises and trying to profit off of everything.

.... indeed.

(Edit: Since this post would otherwise be useless, I suggest that idiotSavant look to Terry Pratchett for good catch phrases.

And thus I depart.)

Ody comes across as too lazy to read anything.

Perhaps Ozy can be a jawa, he comes and goes in the plot...
