I need help on two missions. The first is when I have to investigate Kesh what do I do and where do I go? I also need to investigate the mine but anytime I do what the instructions says it still doesn't finish. Can someone help me?

You know what I was kc3 than I was pooper and pooper started having unsolved problems so now I have this user.

You can find spoilers to every mission at [url="http://"http://www.macclassics.com/cythera/mission.htm"]Slayer's guide[/url], but I recommend using it only if you're completely stuck, on the edge of nervous breakdown/suicide, etc. because it's always funnier solving quests on your own.

I found those secret places in Land Kings Hall but I still havn't done the investigate iron mine in Slayers Guide it even says that he doesn't know how to finish it. Is it impossible like the negociate win contract?

No, it's possible. The only truly impossible mission is the wine quest.

After finding the blue guy in the iron mine, you need to go back and talk to Matron Thuria. (You also have to talk to Atumnyas, I think.)
