Ambrosia Software Web Board: curing poison - Ambrosia Software Web Board

i just recently dl'ed Cythera, and the only method of curing poison i have found is the green potions, which i have no more of. Is there any other way? twice i have died, but the poison stays, for refeence, i am not registered if it helps.

I think there was a less effective medicine that sometimes removed poison, but I forget how to spell it's name. It can be found in limited supply in the secret room in the ratcatcher's guild.

I believe you mean ungent(sp?). You'll probably have to use it a bunch of times to cure the poison. Other methods that I think you need the registered version for include asking Alaric for "help", two spells, and creating more potions. Using the Omen's ring offsets the effect of poison, but it doesn't remove it completely.

found the door but it says that there is no obvious way to open it. So how do i open it? Peqase help,my charachter is sitting on deaths door with 6 health and the file is too good to let go.

Go to aethron's room across from the guild's HQ. You should see a chair. Move it. There should be a lever there. Pull it. Go back to the secrect room. The door should now be open.

If you're really that close to dieing and you have no backups, use the ungent that you should have gotten rescuing Adrene(sp? the first mission...)
