That's just standard adventure currency. Oh well. 1 GP is 2 oboli.

As for no gamma, five spell classifications is good. Alpha and beta were a bit obvious, as was omega. I looked in a dictionary for the Greek alphabet for epsilon and delta. And, by the way, if anyone can tell me the game I stole the alpha/beta/delta/epsilon/omega spell system, I'll give them $2.

Just in case anyone is interested, and ever wants to come up with their own greek lettering system, the greek alphabet, in order is:

Alpha -- A
Beta -- B
Gamma -- (essentially a large lower case r with straight lines)
Delta -- (a triangle)
Epsilon -- E
Zeta -- Z

Eta -- H
Theta -- (an O with a horizontal line through it)
Iota -- I
Kappa -- K
Lambda -- (upside-down V)
Mu -- M

Nu -- N
Xi -- (three horizontal bars atop eachother, the center bar slightly shorter)
Omicron -- O
Pi -- (two vertical bars connected at the top)
Rho -- P
Sigma -- (kind of difficult to describe. Look it up! Looks vaguely like an E)

Tau -- T
Upsilon -- (like a Y, except the top bars are curvy)
Phi -- (an I through a circle)
Chi -- X
Psi -- (an I through a curvy U)
Omega -- (sort of like an upside-down U)

If any of this is slightly off, I apologize. I'm working from memory.

Shoot, its a .sit (whatever it is)...macs only Posted Image I'll try and DL it in a few days.

Well, it sounds really interesting...but I'm not sure about some things...

For rules. You are making your own? Why? AD&D has the best. I mean, once upon a time, I was working on RPG rules. Second edition was faulty, but everything I had thought to improve on in my rules was fixed in third edition. I honestly can't think of any other improvements to make (although I haven't played 3rd as much as I had 2nd).

Also, I think that the board would be amazingly slow. If you figure in 1 hour between posts 24 hours a day (which would be pretty hard on the GM), with six players it would still take -atleast- half a day just to do one round...ONE round!!! The problem with instant messenger chats is that everyone would have to be there at the same time, and the chances of that are...none, except maybe on weekends. Posted Image

But none of them really work on ASW.
