loading Proms

We have problems loading. Whats wrong?
The computer crashes every time we try to start the game.

The only thing I could think to suggest is to upgrade to 9.2. Also, try increasing the RAM allocation, and try turning Virtual memory off (if it's on) or on (if it's off).

I've tried all that, except upgrading. I like my OS as it is, and until I get my free copy of OS X, I'm staying with 9.1. Guess I'll just have to play Nova, once my registration problem is sorted out.
