I still agree that people reading the Pending Chrons defeats their purpose, however this should come as a sign to the certain someone who thinks anyone who views it should be IP-Banned. The attitude manifested here is not at all uniqe among the mods, the attitude that Pending chrons is holy ground seems to be much more rare.

Now, don't get me wrong, as I said reading the Cythera chrons awaiting their posting defeats the purpose of PC. But I must sat this changes my view of PC in general.

In addition to this, there are several other topics (I don't have to time to fetch the URLS) that portray a similar message of indiffrence.
So, I think it's about time to drop the iron curtain around PC.

Hmm, at first I read this as 'Pending Chrons obliterated'...

*assumes hushed voice*
Pending chrons is where chronicles go when they are submited but before they are published. It's like a waiting list. It takes the form of a webboard, and can be viewed just like one.
However, it, like Pending News and The War Room (Aledgedly a moderator only board), are absent from the fourm list.

Pending chrons and news can be acessed by subsituting their fourm ID into the URL for any web board here.

PC (Pending Chrons) has been discovered a few times by mortals, once here. It was first discovered to the Cythera board members when Bryce found it. When the mods wanted to know how he knew about the chrons that hadn't been released, Bryce expalined what he did to get there in what he *thought* was a vauge enough way that he could satisfy the mod's curiosity without letting everyone else know about it, but he was wrong, cache22 read the posts and figured it out for himself in less than 39 minutes, taking a cryptic clue from a signiture of a TS charicter account. Kateri, Ferazel and Ody and possibly others all learned in various ways as the secret rapidly disinsiminated through email and IRC.

Within about a week, all the regulars were acessing PC and some were even reading the chrons in the que. The mods were fairly indiffrent at this point.

Now, I don't know who did it, (No one has fessed up and all the regulars I talked to deny it), but *someone* aledgedy annoyed the moderators by emailing them comments on how much karma each chron or such was worthy of getting or not getting, and otherwise telling them how to do their job.

This angered Avatara, who talked to slayer and decided to make PC off limits.

I know some of the regulars (3 of them, at least) still visit PC and some even read the chrons (I don't, unless I am editing one of my own chrons that I decided needed changed).
The clue to PC has been found more than once in a signiture...
