May I ask how nearly everyone on this board has 6 Karma points or higher? On other boards, it's hard enough finding a Decent Individual (*dragoon looks to the left side of his screen Posted Image*) or a Good Egg. Is there something we should know about this board?

There are some theories on that... one is that in this board, which has two active mods but only a few active members (Like 8 or 10), the mods have more opertunities to notice karma-worthy actions by the members. My theory is that this board is perfectly normal, and everywhere else is karmicly constipated.

In any case, people who come here trying to get karma usualy don't... unless they stay for a while, but then we've got them forever Posted Image

Well, we have a lot of stories around here, and stories require lots of creativity, and a good imagination + lots of creativity + friendly attitude = karma.

Then again, it could be because the Cythera mods are really dedicated, providing modship 24/7 Posted Image

Hrm...I was on this board for a year and never got a karma boost, and you guys didn't have me forever. I'm kind of missing those bygone days of when I was supersaiyan, though...

It's mainly just the chrons. Almost all of us (even me, a long time ago) submitted a few chrons. Of course, our uh... magnificent, yes, magnificent mods, er, provide excellent... modship....

Hmm, I wasn't expecting to here from this topic again...

Well, I was off the boards for about two weeks, and it seems that the two weeks I was gone was when every chron started. I never read any of them because I would rather talk about the game itself. I was young and naive.

So, can I just create a character and enter the chrons where they are? You know, something like "The Mysterious Wanderer" that no one knows about, but suddenly shows up without explanation?

Chronicles are independent stories. They should have some connection to the game, or the world created for the game, or the Team Stories, or any combination of the three, but otherwise can be about anything you like. They don't even have to fit in with past stories, since each stands on its own.

Most of them involve heroes, villains and the constant war against evil, but they don't have to. We've also had poems, a wedding, a religious quest, and one series about a young boy's journey to find his roots.

In short, if you have an idea that you think would make a good story, write it up. We'd like to see it.

I've been toying with a few ideas, but I never seem to finish them.
