It occurred to me recently that one thing all the recent TSs have been lacking is a decent villain. One of the things that drove the Undead War so well, and I think helped Requiem a lot, was that there was someone actively working in opposition to the rest of the posters, posing sometimes extreme problems for us to overcome, and challenging us to rise to ever greater heights (OK, I know that sounds melodramatic, but still... )
So, what I propose is this: everyone sits down and comes up with one or more really good bad-guy types, and then in future stories we could have a designated opponent.
Thoughts?

Sounds reasonable.
In fact, I already have two of them. One was already here for a short time, but her topic got locked *sigh* The other one has yet to make her first appearance, but afterwards, I guess you'll hear from her more often. I won't provide more details now, though (that would be boring, and it would take so long....)

I'm glad you approve
I have a few villains or villanous groups myself, but none of them really suit what I'm proposing. Boralis is pretty lightweight, and almost serves as comic relief; and The Blade aren't discovered for about another 20 years, so they're not much use outside of chronicles. I have another evil group planned out which is quite good, but they're a one-shot deal for a chronicle series I'm planning.
There's something I'm introducing in my current chronicle that could be turned into a good evil motivation, though, so I'll start thinking about that.

The main reason i started posting was to be a bad guy. I suppose i've sorta drifted from that path a bit too much. I would be quite ahppy to play whoever you like in TS, just email me the plan, and i'll be quite happy to help make it hard for you good guys .
