Help
I have several complaints with your site, even though I know its not finished, some of these you may want to consider:
-Its not VIV, rather IX
-Your site doesn't work with Netscape 4.78 and below, that is an outdated browser so this is understandable
-Your site looks like crap (ex. pics messed up, odd dotted box around stories/news) under Netscape 6.2 - I know your answer, but for me IE isn't very stable and my parents are threatening to trash my computer if it crashes too often (in other words - no IE)
-The Undead War wasn't really a story, just a random intermission between stories...there's no real plot, etc.
-There is no way for "editors" to currently communicate or leave messages to each other, aside from hijacking the topic in #cythera - meaning the message is left publicly. This is probably low on your priority list, but I'm listing it anyway - it would allow easier coordination
The rest of what I was going to say is the result of you not having time to finish your scripts, so I'll leave that unsaid.

1. It's been fixed now, just one more line of php fixed it.
2. Working on redoing the site so it works with it
3. The dotted line is supposed to be there -- if you don't like it, talk to me on IRC. Having a slight misalignment at the top and a slight gap between table rows isn't my definition of a crappy looking site, but I'm working on it.
4. I'll talk to cache.
5. Same as you thought - I plan on having that, but it'll be a while.
Everyone else-
This is a project I've been working on for a while now, involving (you guessed it!) team stories. It's not ready yet, as Tyrael's post showed.
