I've tried and tried to get the last sapphire book from Prusa, but no matter how many times I talk to her she won't give me the book, please help!

When I did this bit, I'd already talked to Prusa once long before; when I came back (MUCH later) I got the book fairly quickly. So I'd suggest going away and doing something else for a while - complete a few more missions, find some of the other books, that sort of thing - then come back.

Or you could just do as IdiotSavant suggests, and use the Fetch bug to open the doors.

Persistence is really the key to getting the book out of Prusa. Talk to her a lot, go away for a day, then talk to her a lot again. Repeat until she forks over the book. Remember:

Also, I read that in old versions of Cythera, it wasn't possible to get the book ffrom Prusa, no matter how many times you talked. I would check and make sure you have a new version (probably within a year old or so, I don't know for sure).
