I ahve been having (erm) troubles with the newest version of Cythera and how to (You geussed it) Download and install it.
I would be very happy if some could post a detailed description of what to download where, what to do ect. Thanks to anyone who posts i am very greatfull.

You can normally get the update [url="http://"ftp://ftp.AmbrosiaSW.com/pub/cythera/essentials/Cythera_Update.bin"]here[/url], but with all the people downloading PoG, addons have been temporarily disabled.
