How do you get Clairvoyance and Closing-Removing the Veil?

I believe it was taken out of the final version of Cythera. Some other member should be able to tell you more, as this topic has been brought up several times before...

You are right, at least about the "veil" spells. They were removed from the game after the documentation was finished.
