South of Landking hall there is a small lake with an island in it. Use the Crolna on the standing stone in front of it. This will allow you to reach the island. Find the patch of loose dirt and dig it up. Go into the cave and cross the lava with the Gator Boots or a Smith's Friend potion.

The island is even south of Cademia.
