This week, our featured chronicle is part nine of Rogan's "The Book of Tavara" series. In this chapter, the team continues the search for Tavara's book. It's fairly entertaining, and you should read it if you're keeping up with this story. You can get to it here.
The chronicles are still running really low. If you have any stories related to Cythera, please submit them to be chronicles. Though they don't have to be the massive and wonderful epics that Heidel gave us, they should be fairly long and well thought out. Also, this board has been pretty dead this past week. You can post anything Cythera related that you like on this board, provided it's not spam. Let's get some debates going, or something.

Finally! I'll post the final part, part 10, soon. The board has been dead for a while, I noticed. I agree with Slayer, let's revive it!

Gentlemen, you can't fight in here. This is the War Room.

Well, I'm working on a little something that might end up getting submitted, but it might have to wait until the end of the summer. Also
1) Is there a limit to how short they can be? how long they can be?
2) Can someone explain to me how to do the bold and italicized (sp?) writing?
3) Is the d@mn "no more than one space at a time" rule still in effect on the chronicles page?
4) Is what we post on that page copywrited is some way? IOW, if what we post is taken by a publishing company (a rather far out "if", I'll admit), do we get credit?

[5) And can someone explain to me why my sig gets cut off? It only automaticly posts the first four lines.]

There aren't any hard limits either way, but if it's too short it's not likely to make it on to the chronicles board in any reasonable amount of time, if ever. Unusually long chronicles, while a pain to proofread, are quite okay.

You can either use html, or you can use UBB tags. You use UBB tags like [ b ]this[ /b ]. Take out the spaces and it's bold. Use [ i ] and [ /i ] for italics.

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but there will be only one chronicle per week, unless we get a HUGE flood of them.

I'm really not sure. This has never come up.

1. Be reasonable in length. A paragraph story of no more than 2 short sentances is obviously too short. "Atriedies went on a quest to find treasure. He did, the end." is not going to cut it. Then again, htjyang found out the server has a problem with posts over 200,000 words...consider diving really long stories into multiple parts.
3. Yes, the UBB code only recognizes one space between words. Its a general internet fault.

Okay, thanks. 200,000 words is a good limit, and I'm hoping it'll be longer than a few sentances
Now all I have to do is right the thing
