Talk about the building!

I have finally managed to get the building. But I have some questions.
How do you get stuff to stay there? Even if I lock the door and go out of Cademia, then come back later, everything's gone!!!
Also, how can I get to take (or move) stuff which you can't move or take (get it??). I am talking about beds, dressers, tables, stuff like that. It's really hard to get stuff to stay where it is, am I right?
Thanks!

In order to get stuff to stay where you leave it, you need to make it "stick." I go into the procedure for doing so in the tricks section of my site. If you can't move something, you can't get it into your house.

Well, if you can't move a bed...well...that's strange......
Sorry, it's just that I read somewhere (can't remember where!) in this web board somebody mentioned something about the building and they said something like: Well, there are a number of things you can move in apart from a bed.....
That's a pity.

Yeah, that sounded confusing, but he really meant that there are plenty of things you can move in, just not a bed.

Yup. When he said "apart from" he meant "other than" in a negative sense, implying that the bed could not be moved in but he would list things that could be. I think...

I have a question:
Why must you waste your time getting 10,000 oboloi??? Can't you just bash the door down and decorate at hearts content?
Give me a reply, please!
And if Antentor has the key to the building, why doesn't it show up when you search him???
Thanks!

1. Hm... I've never tried it, and I don't know anyone who has. It's possible that the door would regenerate, or that it's simply impossible to knock it down.
2. You can't always get something off a person by searching... it's much easier to kill a guy than to get 10.000 oboloi.

You can knock down the door and put anything you want in the house. The only real difference between that and buying the house is whether you can lock the door when you're done. Of course, it is kind of cool to legally own real estate in Cythera.

I'm at a loss. how do I get the building? Which building can I buy in Cademia? Also, the houses are in debt to me but does that mean anything?

Okay. You know the building where Naxos lives and there is a ruffian which says he takes his duties to house comana etc. Well, there is a building to the right of the one where Naxos lives. it has a locked door. Somewhere on that building's wall it has a poster. Read it, and hen ask Antenor about "building".
I do not actually know myself how the houses can do anything helpful for you.

One of the houses might give you something to let you get the fourth crolna (I don't want to give anything away here).

One would be hard pressed to get all the crolna shards without Nicander's gift.
