mushroom from Sabinate

Ok I have completed timeflux book for charax and kelp to charax--- But whenever I talk to sabinate. He never gives me a mushroom, Is there somewhere else I can get one?Please help I so want to Cure Alaric. Also My crolna won't combine is there a certain way to do it or do I way to get the mushroom?

Ask him essense.If that dosn't work complete Honor Jinra and all the other seldane missions.You need to conect the 4th piece of the crolna you get before the 3rd.
