I didn't want to bring up the topic relating to this (its almost a year old!) so instead I made a new one. Has anyone found water that is deep enough to fish? I just finished browsing some old topics on this webboard and I came across a suggustion by a former member, and one he/she claimed to have worked. The suggustion was that you could try fishing underground, in maybe a cave in the south or west. Does this work?

If you want to know the topic I'm referring to (like if I don't make any sense) the link is here:

Fishing underground...sounds like it`s not gonna work, but I`ll try it.
Hope they`ll fix it in a newer version of Cythera.

I've tried to fish in that tunnel below the sewers in Cademia, which is the deepest water I know of, and no such luck. Oh wait! Isn't there a little bit of water deep in the caves with the bridge? You know, the one that has that sword upgrader in it, the guy who's name I can't seem to remember.

*Hurries to download Cythera again*

I'll let you know in, um, lets see, a week maybe... Posted Image

There is a cave on the mountain range below the path from Cademia to Pynx (or from Pynx to Cademia Posted Image). It's on the east side of the range, about parallel to the lake with the island. Inside the cave, and one floor down, there is a freemage who, for obsidian, with upgrade swords and daggers. To get obsidian, you can scavenge it in the volcano or buy it from a certain merchant in Timon's home town for ten obols apiece. Upgrading get twice as expensive each time on a single weapon, starting with ten pieces of obsidian, I think. I hope this is clear enough without giving it away too much.

Appearantly not.

Well then, Slayer, (or someone else) how do i finish the "investigate iron mine" quest? I've read your site, and the "do something" in there doesn't help. Can someone explain what that "do something" is?

Uhhh... Nope. Somehow, I completed it. Unfortunately, I wasn't paying attention. I don't know if it's erratic or what, but it can be done.

I'm not sure, I think you have got to talk to the Seldane in there (Jhiaxus, I believe). Maybe you have to complete "Honor Jinrai".

Odd... I wrote a walkthrough once in the topic, Investigate iron mine.
