This rather in-depth guide, written by the author of Cythera, Glenn Andreas, contains quite a bit of background on how the underlying rules in Cythera work. Required reading if you're interested in learning how the guts of Cythera operate.

Check it out; it is linked in from the Cythera Web Links web page, under the Cythera info/help sites section.

Thanks, we appreciate it. I like the way it explains the combat. BTW, it lists fishing as a skill.....supposedly people can't fish....does it work to fish?

P.S. Does it elaborate beyond what the ReadMe say? Is it more than one page and I am missing things?

And so the problem remained; lots of people were mean, and most of them were miserable, even the ones with digital watches. Many were increasingly of the opinion that they had all made a big mistake in coming down from the trees in the first place. And some said that the trees had been a bad move and that no one should ever have left the oceans. - Douglass Adams
