Is there such a thing as a Swamp Pod, or those other seed thingies that are talked about in the alchemy book?
Where do you find them?
What does the food of the gods potion do?
Is there anyway to keep your allies from getting poisoned in the swamp?

Yes. Swamp Pods are found in the big swamp in the south. I think they are yellow. Just look around in there for them; you should be able to find at least a few. What other seed thingies are you talking about?
What does the food of the gods potion do?
Makes whoever drinks it not hungry anymore I think.
Is there anyway to keep your allies from getting poisoned in the swamp?
Don't step on the asps. Other than that, the only protection I've found is the gator boots, but you can only ever get one pair of those, so you can't protect everyone with that.

I dont think there are any swamp seeds but this is a (sort of ) way to stop your allies getting poisoned. tell them to wait at the edge of the swamp before going to the ruins or exploring, if you enter the ruined city they should be right behind you,but sometimes they run off back to where they were at the start of the game.

An easier way is to stand on one of those cliffs overlooking the swamp and attack an asp or something below then go into the swamp while your party is outside the swamp, busy attacking something they can't reach.

This is where Mrs. Shazam was so wrong. Exploding is a perfectly normal medical phenomenon. In many fields of medicine nowadays, a dose of dynamite can do a world of good. For instance, athlete's foot-an irritating condition-can be cured by applying a small charge of TNT between each toe.

If they are attacked when you are gone, they will go back to where they started, so if you leave them in a safe place, they will always be there.
btw, how do you do the "quote" thingy?

On the row of buttons at the top of a person's post, click "reply".

And so the problem remained; lots of people were mean, and most of them were miserable, even the ones with digital watches. Many were increasingly of the opinion that they had all made a big mistake in coming down from the trees in the first place. And some said that the trees had been a bad move and that no one should ever have left the oceans. - Douglass Adams
