I've haven't been around for a while but...
I wish to become a moderator for the Cythera webboard because the things you can do as a moderator and that some of these stories are get quite long, and should be closed down and started again in a new post.

Sorry, Avatara was made moderator. If I hadn't been absent for about a week, I might've had a chance. But it's OK.

If we did do that, and closed down the topics, then newcomers would have to scramble all over to find the 20 parts of stories/taverns instead of looking in a few topics, or just one. It may be annoying if you have a slow connection, but...
On the other hand, I AM planning on locking the story topics when they finish and have evolved into a story with a different topic. Like, for example, Once Again is really close to finishing up (I'm just waiting for theKestrel to post *hint hint*), and the story that will take place immediately afterward will be a totally different topic. Once again will be closed, to prevent future spamming. Likewise with the Undine Stronghold, when it finished.
As for the moderator, I'm new at the job so please don't complain...yet. You could always send a letter to Andrew@AmbrosiaSW.com and ask him in a polite letter if you can take his spot as a Cythera moderator. Slayer and I are still active, and Gandreas is too...

theKestrel looks up through the eye holes he has made in the pile of books which surround him. "I'm sorry Avatara, give me a bit!!"
On a side note, I wouldn't exactly call Gandreas active.....
On another side note, Andrew said that someone had been bothering him to become a Cythera moderator.... *looks questioningly at mr. brian.*

And so the problem remained; lots of people were mean, and most of them were miserable, even the ones with digital watches. Many were increasingly of the opinion that they had all made a big mistake in coming down from the trees in the first place. And some said that the trees had been a bad move and that no one should ever have left the oceans. - Douglass Adams

heh.
well if you do close down some threads why don't you move them over to the chronicles page after locking them. then other people will be able to find them easily even after it's finished.
