When I leave the Omen's test, I always go to Emesa to stock up on lots of food. Sometimes, when I ask her for food a whole bunch of times (maybe twenty or more) I usually get a "strange device" and I don't know what it does Posted Image

It is a bug. (I think). Later in the game you get the real "strange device" that can help you to locate magical items, but the one you get when you divide the food doesn`t do anything. Just eat it. The real "strange device" is under the city of Pnyx.
