The reason there are no add-ons is that the only possible ones are AI scripts, and no one seems to want to make them. There is a sort of bible from them though. The AI Scripting Document in the CombatAI folder tells you all you need to know to make and AI.

With EV and EV:O, the templates are included with the game. Cythera (probably Delver, actually) has no templates included. This is probably because either it's not possible, or Ambrosia doesn't want plugs made. It's probably the former, as I think Ambrosia would include the templates if it was possible.

There can't be templates. Its not possible because writing an AI is freeform. Nothing remains the same. The closest you can get to a template is duplicating an already existing AI and rewriting it.

Well how about graphical plug ins? you know, like something that might make the faces in the dialog boxes look like actual faces? that wouldnt require any AI stuff. neither would weapon/armor add ons. there are a number of things you could put in a plug that doesnt really require AI

Unfortunately, the graphics can't be easily changed. They aren't in pict of cicn form. A special editor would have to be created. Also weapons and armor aren't in a very useful form as of now. One problem is how to put the new items into the game. To do this the cythera data file would have to be redone and this would mean your game would have to be restarted. Currently the editor for the cythera data file would be needed for weapon adds and it is not going to be released any time soon.
