Ambrosia Software Web Board: Without Registering...... - Ambrosia Software Web Board

I've found that it's possible to to just about everything in the game without registering. (Minus the timeflux book + getting Timon).....

My point is that ambrosia should cut this down a bit... fetch really gets you into places you shouldn't be able to go.

Normally (unregistered), you wouldn't be able to go through the forcefield in the caves under Landking Hall.... Fetch gets you through. From there you can get the Maayti mission.....

And normally (again, unregistered), you get kicked out of the swamp. However, if you kill the guard with range weapons, no problem. Oh, and the Crolna (sp? no idea how to spell it) that you find that's causing the plague let's you into Maayti in the swamp. You just have to place the disks in to get in, and then the shard kills the forcefields. And fetch takes care of everything else.

And now, I gotta register so I can finish the game. I'm excited

I don't think ambrosia knew about the fetch bug when they were designing the registration protection.
