I found a note, claiming to give directions to some buried treasure, in a campfire in Cademia. The house containing the campfire was South-East of the maze. It gave directions relative to the positions of trees, and a bend in the river.
I made an application which examined a picture of the map, and placed markers on all the possible places the treasure could be buried. I tried digging at all the ones near bends in rivers, but I can't find anything.
There is no treasure!
Help anyone?

I have found the treasure note as well.
If you leave Dares eating establishment(or whatever it's called) in Cademia, and head directly south, you should pass a small building on your right, and then a dead tree right beside you on the left. Directly South-West of the tree is another small building, with one small room leading to a bigger room. In the larger room, there is a campfire. Searching it reveals Paper. Reading the Paper shows you the directions to the treasure.
Has anybody found the treasure?
I can't find it anywhere, and I spent hours looking.

I wasn't able to follow the directions on the note exactly, but I did find the treasure. It's in Cademia. Go up to the north east, near the water. You should see a sort of flat hill area. Move away from the flat hill towards the south west, looking for "loose dirt" on the ground. When you find "loose dirt", dig there. If you get to the fenced in garden area, you've gone too far to the south west, so turn around and head back towards the flat hill.
I have no idea if this will help anyone or not, but I thought I'd post it anyway.

The treasure is really in Cademia. This old topic tells how to find it. http://www.AmbrosiaS...TML/000041.html

Look, I took the liberty
of examining that
parrot, and I discovered
that the only reason
that it had been sitting
on its perch in the first
place was that it had
been nailed there.

There are two buried treasures.
The one in Cademia is money.
The one outside in cythera is a saphire book. I think it is found somewhere on the coastline between odemia and catamarca, if its not there, its north of odemia on the coast. Look for loose dirt or whatever to find it.

I don't think the book technically counts as buried treasure. The term "buried treasure," for most people, has the contextual meaning of pirates and money, i.e., something buried for a reason. No one buried the book on purpose. They just threw it in the sea on purpose.

*Whimper* Everyone's ganging up and being technical on me.
Suit your self. How about the tomb of the tyrant? Its underground, you have to dig it up, so technically its burried. It has treasure in it. mSo it is buried treasure.

Maybe it was above ground but then a sinkhole opened under it and now it's under...
