I finally found the reward in the Omen's Test

It's a ring, right? The Omen said I'd find it useful but I don't see how it's useful. It doesn't help me in a battle. I already have an amulet that gets me back alive when I die. It doesn't do anything when I click on "Use" and when I click on "Examine" it just say "a ring with an emerald with a triangle engraved inside." What is it suppose to do?

It's something you can get in Omen's test, if you look carefully. Like the previous posts said, it lets you regenerate health three times faster. (Default health regeneration is quite slow)

yeah, i know it was in there, but where? call me ignorant, but i can't find it anywhere... i found some secret compartment with a note that said "well done" or "observent" or something but i couldnt find anything from there...
