I went to Cademia, I went to all the Houses, I looked everywhere, busted down all the doors, looked under all the campfires and unlit torches on the wall (which was useful, finding the directions to buried treasure) I looked everywhere! I still can't find the lever to Omen's place! BTW, once I'm there, where do I go?

But you didn't push any crates around, or at least, you don't mention that you do. (Omen must be feeling very frustrated, since you're not applying one of the lessons taught in his test.)

It's under a crate in the room in the north-east corner of the Comana house in Cademia. To know if you are looking in the right building, there is a ruffian, a bed, and two chests in the south-east corner room of the same building.
Once you've flipped the lever, go out of the Comana house. Go south til you run into a wall. If I'm remembering correctly, the wall you just ran into belongs to a room with some spiderwebs in the NW corner and a (now open if you flipped the lever) secret door near the SE corner.
