Help
by now everyone should know of the strange device. anyway, i think in the first game that i played of cythera, i found the strange divice somewhere between landking hall and catamarca, i hadnt completed any missions, so it wasnt in odemia...and i dont think it was in land king hall. anyway, when i tried using it, the dialouge came up "feed to whom?" and so i fed myself with it. my character said "tasty" and that was that...anyone know whats up?

It sounds like a bug that labeled and show the picture wrong. I am pretty sure it was just flat bread named wrong it happened to me once.

The exact same thing happened to me. The same device you use to open patterned doors is given to you by the cook at Landking Hall when you ask for food sometimes. You can eat it. It's just a strange bug.

I do. Its underneath pynx. Folowing a long series of teleporting hallways. The entrance is fairly obvious. Look for a mage locked door on the first floor. Work from there on.

its tough to get the strange device...i really wonder how ambrosia intended anyone to beat the game all by themselves. i imagine it would take more than a full 2 years of solid playing just to do a few things

also, you can use the strange device to get the mystic helmet, the mystic spear, and the mystic armor, which is guarded by harpies...WAIT! did I just say HARPIES!? AAAAHHHHHH! HELP!
