Ambrosia Software Web Board: Eighth Degree Hall Password - Ambrosia Software Web Board

Can anyone tell me what the password to the eighth degree hall is? I've got nine of the books, but I can't get the one from Prusa no matter how hard I try because my character was created with version 1.0.0

I'm almost done, but I want to get the stuff that's in there before I finish. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

The password doesn't work unless you have all the books. You can, however, cast fetch on the door to remove it.

My charactor was created with 1.0.0, and I got the Prusa book the first time I tried. I don't think that has anything to do with it. Keep trying!

You should be able to get the book from Prusa with persistance. I can say I had trouble getting it myself. It is easier in later versions of the game. Slayer is right, without the book first, the password is useless.
As for the Fetch spell destroying objects, use it quickly, that bug is being entered into our database and will be squashed in a future update ;-)
