Fur cloak?

According to Slayer's guide, the fur cloak looks like an excellent thing to have - any idea where it is located?

I'm not sure how far you've got so I don't want to spoil things for you, but it's in one of Machaon's workrooms in the Maze in Cademia. Did you want more detail than that?

You have to get to the cloak through the sewers in Cademia.
