Secret Sewer Stuff

Does anyone know what the secret door and secret wire (or something like that) messages mean when I do detect secrets in the south east corridor of the sewers? I couldn't seem to find the secret things they were talking about. Oh, and can someone remind me how to get back to the omen's test from Cademia?

To open the secret sewer door, just play the notes PMG (I think) on the lyre.

Omen's test can be opened by flipping the lever under the crate in House Comana.
