Slayer, thanks for your help on my last question. I think that happened to me before, but I didn't save it.
One problem I have is that I've used the crolna (2 piece) on the forcefield under Land King Hall, but each time I do it it only takes out a slice of the force field. I've done it twice to each pillar and so each has a slice missing from either side, but it still wont let me in! Any Ideas?
Second: Slayer, how did you figure out to say "pipes" to the guy in Odemia and how did you figure out what notes to play? I like your walkthroughs, but I would like to know a little more about HOW you figured these things out so that I can just get a hint and figure the whole thing out myself.
Third: Who do you have to talk to to get the ratcatcher guy to join you?

Thanks.

1: Use the Crolna pieces on the force field itself, not just on the pillars in the corners. Once you blow away a couple sections beside each other, you'll have room to get through.

3: You have to talk to Halos. Ask about "Comana".

1. Ereid is right

2. Demodocus knows Canachus' favorite tune and plays it for you if you ask. He also tells you that someone might keep an old set of pipes around that can play all the notes. It took just a little bit of trial and error to figure out who had the pipes. I just took into consideration that Philinus was in my debt.

3. Full details of how to get Aethon can be found on my skills page, under locks, traps, thievery, and gambling. http://www.sweepies....era/cythera.htm
Though to directly answer your question: You have to talk to Mantinea, Halos, and Aethon.

That was stupid of me. I should have tried that. Thanks.
One more thing, though: Slayer, how did you figure out the combination of notes?

As Slayer said, Demodocus knows the notes. Ask him and he'll play the song for you.
