Cave Floor Under Odemia?

Has anyone figured out what this is - or how to access? You can detect it
north-east of the out side wall and along the inside wall near Crito's tavern.
I've dug, I've bombed, I've attacked, all to no avail! ARGH!

I had the same problem with a secret earthen wall under LKH. I had no luck figuring that one out either.
